If you're attempting to loggin to the Team App and aren't able to, there are a few reasons this may be happening:

If you're on an IOS device and still having trouble, you may be attempting to login using your Business Dashboard login credentials. Please note that these will not work for the Team App, only for the Dashboard. You will need to create a Team profile for yourself in the Dashboard in order to receive credentials. Be sure to use a valid email address as this is where we will send you your Team App login info.
