How does the Team app work?

The employee/independent contractor app, is connected with your business dashboard and the customer apps. Simply add your employee to the dashboard and your employee will be sent a password to download the app. Your employee will receive her schedule on the app. When a customer books a new appointment, you and your employee will receive a notification and the appointment will show up on both the business schedule and the employee's schedule. Your employee will receive the customer's location details and instructions for the appointment. You and your employee can also chat and share photos with the customer to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
