1: Once you have entered your services and team members, you can begin to create your business’ schedule.
Create open appointments so new & existing customers searching for you on the app can drop themselves into your schedule.
Begin creating availability by clicking on the, the plus (+) sign at the top menu bar, then "Appointment."
2: Select a Service from the dropdown list.
3: You can make the service recurring for everyday, specific days, bi-weekly or bi-monthly. If the service is recurring, be sure to input an end date.

4: Select the team members available to do the service.
5: You can leave the customer section open so that new/existing customers can drop themselves into your schedule when they see the available times. You can also manually add the customer to this service if they call in.
6: Input location. If you have a mobile business, select, “Customers” to indicate that you’re traveling to their location. If you have a physical business location, select, “Business.” If you organize your appointments, classes, or sessions in various locations, select, “Other.”
The zip codes are attached to each team member. You can select all, or you can select specific zip codes if the team member is only available in specific areas, on certain days.
If a team member is unable to check-in/out of an appointment on the Team App, you can manually check in/out and bill the customer by clicking on “Check In” to bill them for a completed appointment.
Click on, “Chat” to discuss the appointment with the customer or to view the conversation between you, the team member, and the customer.
You can filter by team members, zip codes, services, or customers. You can see an individual team member’s schedule by selecting their name only in the dropdown list.
Notifications and Chat Messages
Click the Notifications Icon in the top menu bar to see notifications and chat messages.
